Community Cafe Express is the brainchild of it's founder Corwin "Corey" Knight; life coach, entrepreneur, and community servant, who's favorite past time was making meals for his family and friends.
In 2015, Corey started doing live cooking videos on Facebook, showcasing the meals that he was preparing, while also engaging his followers with thought providing conversations on education, motivation and empowering our community.
Corey's engaging personality and stimulating conversations while preparing meals live on social media, attracted the attention of many. People tuned in not just to see the delicious meals he was preparing, but also for the insight. As a result of the success of Corey's live streams, and subsequent requests from followers for meals and cater events, Community Cafe Express was birthed, in 2018.

Community Cafe Express aims to provide nourishment for the body and mind. Our goal is not only to provide our patrons with tasty meals, but to also provide a network of resources and support for the community as a whole. This includes brokering relationships with government and businesses that assist people in need. In addition, we aim to accommodate the busy lifestyles of our customers by offering healthy, home cooked meals to-go.
